Final cost of the "Palladium" is to be well over $220,000,000, by 2010. In 2007, the PLANNED final cost was to have been $59,000,000, "tops", by 2009. MOTHBALL the "Palladium" until 2012 or 2013!! Now the new Carmel Indiana “Palladium” will need
